Senior lecturer in the University of Portsmouth Psychology Department that included 4 main specialist foci:  criminal psychology, ecological psychology, social psychology of disabilities, and the human computer Interaction group.

Responsibilities included:

1. Teaching undergraduate and post-graduate cognitive psychology, human factors in system design, Computer Supportive Co-operative Work (CSCW), environmental psychology, survey design, observational research, discourse analysis, statistics.
2. Managing target recruitment of 200 students to the Psychology undergraduate program.
3. Managing teaching teams to coordinate the teaching of HCI topics and Research methods topics.
