Six personal development passions:

• Communication technologies. Continually enhancing my understanding of how communication, collaboration, and community-building tools are used and adopted,  social networks, Blogs, Wiki’s, email,  instant messaging texting,  phones,  PC’s,  paper, and how people use them.
• Innovation. Opportunities to innovate with the experiences I’m helping to define and develop. 
• Making a difference. Making a positive difference to enhance peoples lives is an important part of my sense of self.
• Reflective practice. Continually developing professionally by building a deep and rich understanding of the design and development process as a social activity.
• Lifelong. Proactive use of my specialist professional knowledge and skills to benefit communities particularly to enable inclusion and reduce prejudice.
• Community. respectfully engaging with different organisational, local,  national and ethnic communities.
